About the Role
This is a full-time PTA position in our outpatient orthopedic clinics across Las Cruces, Alamogordo, and El Paso. You'll work closely with our Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality, individualized care — and you'll have the time and support to do it right.

What You Bring
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program
- Active PTA license in New Mexico or Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong hands-on clinical skills and patient communication
- A collaborative, team-first mindset

What We Expect
- Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions under the direction of a supervising PT
- Build genuine therapeutic relationships with patients and follow through on their plans of care
- Document accurately and on time within our EMR system
- Communicate proactively with your supervising PT on patient progress and concerns
- Engage with the team — monthly skills sessions, peer learning, clinic culture
- Pursue continuing education and bring new skills into your practice
Your Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the supervising PT
- Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and home exercise programs
- Apply manual therapy techniques within your scope of practice
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT
- Maintain accurate documentation for each patient encounter
- Maintain licensure and required CEUs
